Refund policy

At MallCrock, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Personal care products Undergarments Gift cards Customized or personalized items Perishable goods Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Cash on Delivery (COD) For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product,
